Player Profile

All footage from this reel is taken from Pantha’s 2025 season playing for Bulls FC Academy U18s/ U23s, and her 2026 season so far playing for Western Sydney Wanderers U18s/ U23s.

Pantha Tilsley is an exciting and dynamic attacker. Her deadly finishing and sharp eye for goal are matched only by the calmness and composure she shows in front of it.

A team player in every sense of the term, she wears her heart on her sleeve for 90 minutes, every single game. Her work rate is absolutely insane, while her execution always appears effortless.

Though she is most effective as a No.9, Pantha can play in any attacking position, particularly right wing. Her speed and exceptional passing skills make her a very impactful wide option.

And all the above, coupled with her ability to read the game and create link up play could make her a great false nine one day, in the right team.

A natural athlete and true technician, Pantha excels at many sports other than football. She plays golf off a handicap of 9, and has played at representative level. She’s also played tennis at state level. She had pathways in front of her to pursue a professional career in either discipline, but chose football over both – primarily because of her love for the game, but also because she much prefers competing as part of a team than as an individual.

Pantha is also the Sports Captain at Oxford Falls Grammar, in North Sydney, where she is responsible for mentoring and coaching junior pupils when she’s not studying for her HSC.

Seaforth FC (Boys)
U6s - U13s

2013 - 2022 SEASONS

Pantha played park football with her boy mates from the age of five to 12. Which goes a long way to explaining her playing style today. One slightly dubious compliment she receives very often, these days, is that “she plays like a boy.” *quick check for the offside flag on that one!*

Manly United
U14s - U16s

2022/ 2023/ 2024 SEASONS

During three seasons at Manly United, Pantha played right wing back, right wing, then eventually striker. In the 2024 season, she led her side to victory in the Villarreal Cup, in Spain. She was the team’s top scorer, the tournament’s third highest, and was also voted Manly United’s tournament MVP by her teammates. She won Player of the Season for 2024, when Manly United won the Premiership, too!

2025 SEASON

Pantha only played a handful of games for the U18s, before being moved up to U23s for the remainder of the season. Being such a versatile attacking player, she was utilised as a striker, right wing and attacking midfielder in this time. But, despite not playing in her preferred No.9 position for the full duration of the season, she still managed to score 11 goals – against much stronger opposition than she’d been used to previously – whilst also racking up an impressive number of assists.

2026 SEASON - PRESENT

Pantha left Bulls in 2025, after being offered an opportunity to join Wanderers. She’s played as a No.9 the whole season so far, aside from the occasional shift out to right wing, splitting her time between the U18 and U23 teams. After just 11 games, she’s already surpassed last season’s tally by netting 12, on top of the six she scored in the pre season. She’s also approaching double figures in assists, and we’re not even halfway through!
